Here it is! The day I have been counting down to for the past few weeks. I cannot believe I have already been blogging for an entire year. I still remember writing my first post, I was nervous and scared but in a good way. That excitement of embarking on a new challenge not knowing where it will lead you was everything I needed at the time.

Then about 4 months ago something I didn't see coming happened...a job offer. Through showcasing all my work on the blog/flickr/facebook I was offered a photography job with Dine.TO. It took me by surprise and happened very quickly. Always being the type of person who "had a plan" this threw me through a loop. I didn't have a lot of time to think about it and had to make my decision fast. So I took a chance and changed careers to something I was truly passionate about. It has been a wonderful journey and I am excited to see where this next year of blogging will take me.

To you my incredible readers, you are all amazing. I don't know how to thank you enough for all the support and kindness you have shown me throughout this year. I read each and every comment and get so happy every time.

Annawithlove, it's been one year of amazing times, even those late nights and early mornings to get the finishing touches on posts. Loved and loving every second of it.

#71 Writing Lists...I have lists of the lists that I need to make

#72 Masks. I absolutely adore them! I was in heaven in Venice I'm really hoping
one of these days someone throws a masquerade ball.

#73 Organizing my magazine clippings.  I love sitting on my bed movie in the background clipping and organizing away....bliss (plus a great way to get that added inspiration)

#74 Love...Love is the thing you know?

(I feel like I may have done this one already?...if I did OH WELL! it deserves two)

#75 Big Marshmallows...they need to be this size the small ones are cute and all but these ones

really make me happy (especially when making smoressss)

#76 Nicely wrapped presents. So sweet. So lovely.

#77 LEFTOVERS.  Talk about hitting the jackpot!

#78 Traveling.  Packing, getting on that plane.  If it were up to me I'd be traveling 6 months out of the year exploring new places.

#79 Chandeliers, they add so much elegance to a room.

AND last but not least...#80 my amazing bf (who also snapped the first photo for me...he is pretty good huh?!)

About a month ago Helen asked me if she could interview me for the blog Goddess of the Hunt which showcases Greek people around the world doing creative things. Of course I was so thrilled and flattered to be a part of something like this. 100 Things {week seven}

Happy Tuesday everyone! I must say I really missed doing this post last week. Happy to be back at the '100 things series' as inspired by the lovely Sofia at Sofia's Journal! . Here we go!

#61 Champagne. I love celebrating with champagne but I also love having it for no particular reason.  Wednesday hump day? SURE!  Why wait for a special day? Every day is special ;)

#62 I hate socks in the summer, but in the winter nothing better than getting all cozy with 

thick comfy socks.

#63 LAUGHING! It is one of my favorite things to do...if you can make me laugh, we will likely

be friends.  What is better than those amazing laughs that leave your gasping for air

and make your abs feel like you just did p90x? exactly...

(yup that is meee, laughing away)

#64 Post-It Notes. Yeah...I'm that girl who sticks post-it's on everything.

#65 Sparklers!!...I mean really how can you not smile? They are pure happiness.

#66 Sparkles and glitter...my 8 year old self never fully left me.

#67 Self Check-Out Aisles. 

I did not plan to have this in here but when the bf and I were shopping this past weekend and I got so excited to 'beep' all our items in the self check out I knew I had to include it.

Trouville Photo Diary

Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a good weekend. I have been fighting the throat cold flu all weekend. Yesterday I did my due-diligence and drank tea all day, soup for lunch and double up'd on the Vit C. Some news! Next week (July 27th) annawithlove turns ONE! I'm excited to throwing a little party this weekend for a few close friends. Keep checking back, I feel a giveaway coming along soon!

Above are a collection of photos from Trouville, France. I realized I had a bunch of photos I never shared with you all...I cannot wait until next month to be back on a beach with the waves hitting my feet!

and FINALLY Harry Potter did NOT disappoint, I cried...I laughed...then I cried a whole bunch more. It was lovely.

Two years ago today...

Happy Bastille Day!

Two years ago today I arrived in Paris for the first time. What a night to remember as our concierge directed us to drop out suitcases in our room and head straight for the Eiffel Tower for the fireworks show to celebrate Bastille Day (we were completely ignorant to the fact that we arrived in France on their national day of independence). I snapped THIS photo from that night. It was magical. It was perfect. I will never forget it.

I had been saving this set of photos which are some of my favorites for a "special day". Last weekend I went through all my albums of Paris and the nostalgia I felt was overwhelming (I think I'm vulnerable due to the final HP film this week...everything is making me feel nostalgic). So what better day than today to share with you all some photos of the lovely Laduree in Paris.
