When in Rome...

Happy Hump Day!

I hope you are all surviving the week. It seems like everyone (including myself) is feeling under the weather and battling some form of a cold. This post is my attempt to brighten my day a little and hopefully yours as well! This is the first set of photographs I've posted from Rome. The city was lovely, busy and had a great vibe it was really a shame we only had three days to explore and do as much as humanly possible! It was also right at the end of our euro leg trip so we were definitely slowing down. Regardless, we had an amazing time eating our body weight in pasta, gelato and pizza.

More photos from the gorgeous city of Venice. I didn't take a ride on the gondola but I photographed enough of them...my friend who was traveling with me had to stop me at one point because people were starting to give me the "look" (God bless friends who look out for you!).

Painters Heaven

Hello Saturday!

Hope you all had a lovely Friday night, Saturday mornings are by far my favorite. You wake up with nothing to do but be productive and start your day the right way! While most people like sleeping in there is nothing that frustrates me more, when I do I feel like I wasted half of my "free" days and start feel extremely anxious. Know the feeling? With that being said I am off to the park (it snowed all night last night leaving a beautiful blanket of snow) to photograph and have some fun. Followed by some Hot Yoga with the besties and then who knows! I'm sure I'll find something ;)

Champagne Love (part 2)

Toast to a beautiful world

This week has been flying by!

I rediscovered all my photos from Trouville, France. The town is absolutely beautiful and this pier was photographer heaven! As I mentioned in this post Me colleagues and I enjoy this beautiful sunset along with some delicious champagne, it really was the perfect evening. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hello 2011!

First post of the new year and I'm feeling good!

I love this photo because it was taken on the first night I was ever in Paris. I was traveling Europe with one of my best friends and by fluke we arrived in Paris on Bastille day. As soon as we arrived in the Hotel the concierge told us to somehow get to the Eiffel tower asap, so we dropped our luggage and raced there. We couldn't have arrived at a better time, I'd dreamed about going to Paris for most of my life and as we watched the most breathtaking fireworks over the Eiffel tower I fell in love with the city for real. I can't begin to explain how happy I was at that moment and this photo makes me remember that feeling (that is why I love photography).
