We recently celebrated my Grandfathers name day and like most grandparents mine take a lot of pride in their amazing oasis of a garden...I snapped some shots and had to take one of the pear, from my Grandfathers pear tree (this was after his very serious request as well as his direction on which pears to photograph). This pear tree is the pride and joy of my grandfather...every year since I was a kid I remember him boasting about this tree, it's hilarious and adorable...somethings will never change, but I wouldn't want it any other way!
