Washington DC | Travel Diary | Part 2

Part two of my weekend getaway to Washington DC, and now we go into Space....the final frontier...these are the voyages of the starsh...okay, okay, I'm done. Enjoy!

The Discovery. I can't find the words to describe how amazing it was to see in real life.  I didn't think it would impress me as much as it did, but when I walked into the room and stood next to the spacecraft it almost took my breath away. 

Onto downtown DC...

We got caught in the rain and took cover under a big tree, loved having my little sis with us for the day!

The reason for the trip...my cousins wedding!!! Congratulations Sarah & Constantine.  We love YOU!

I'm BACK!

Hi all!

If you follow me on instagram you'll know I was in Washington, DC this past weekend celebrating my cousins wedding (with some site seeing of course!).  It was so lovely to spend quality time with my family & especially my cousins (they are a crazy bunch). Can't wait to share more with you next week.  Above is Ko & I outside of the White House, about 5 minutes after this photograph was taken it started to downpour and so we ran and hid under a tree (probably not the smartest idea but was the only place my camera wouldn't get wet!)
